About the Aerion
What is the Zentra Aerion?
A hands-free automatic ironing machine. It fills your garment with warm air, smoothing wrinkles and finishing slight dampness while you do something else. No ironing board, no standing around.
How does it work?
Slip your garment over its attachment, secure the clips, set the time and temperature, and walk away. Warm air inflates the garment balloon and smooths the fabric from the inside out. When the timer runs out, Aerion switches itself off.
Does it need water?
No. Aerion irons and dries with hot air alone. There's no water tank to fill, and nothing to refill or drain between cycles.
How long does a cycle take?
Most garments are ready to wear in 6 to 10 minutes. Actual time varies with the fabric, thickness, size, and how damp the piece still is. Either way, you're not needed for any of it.
Does it turn off by itself when it's done?
Yes. Aerion runs on a timer, and when the timer ends, the machine stops on its own. There's no need to watch the clock or hurry back; your garment simply waits, ironed and ready, until you are.
Is it a clothes dryer?
No, and we're upfront about that. Aerion is a garment finisher built for pieces that are already 80 to 90% dry, like clothes straight off the indoor rack. It eases out the last of the dampness while it smooths. Soaking-wet laundry still needs your usual routine.
Can I use it on fully wet clothes straight from the wash?
No. Aerion isn't designed for fully wet laundry. Where it shines is the piece you need soon that's almost dry but still slightly damp: it finishes the remaining dampness while smoothing the wrinkles, so the garment is ready to wear sooner.
Do I need an ironing board or any setup?
No. There's no board to set up or put away. You attach the garment directly to the machine.
How big is the unit?
Compact: 340 × 248 × 355 mm and 3.8 kg. It takes about as much counter space as a rice cooker, carries one-handed, and stores on a shelf between uses. Built with condo living in mind.
What are the power requirements?
220–240V, 50/60Hz, and 1400W, with a Type A plug that fits standard Philippine outlets. Plug it directly into a wall socket and avoid overloaded extension cords, as the manual advises.
Can I leave it running while I do other things?
That's the point. Start the cycle and go: make breakfast, take a call, step out of the room. When the timer ends, Aerion switches itself off, so nothing depends on you getting back at the right minute. As with any heat appliance, follow the manual: set the unit up on a stable surface, plug directly into a standard 220V outlet, keep the air vents unobstructed, keep children and pets away while it runs, and let it cool before storing.
Does Aerion replace a traditional iron?
For everyday garments, yes, and without the standing. Where a traditional iron still earns its keep: sharp pressed creases, detailed pressing, and special fabric care. Aerion is built for the daily ready-to-wear finish, not a tailor's knife-edge crease, and we'd rather you know exactly which job it does brilliantly.
Garments and Fit
What clothes can Aerion handle?
Shirts, polo shirts, t-shirts, and pants, plus selected dresses with the Dress Attachment, and a shoe-drying attachment for footwear. The garment needs to sit properly on its attachment; that fit is what lets the warm air do its smoothing.
What sizes does it fit?
Adult sizes from Small to XXXL, depending on the garment's cut, material, and how it sits on the attachment.
Can it handle kids' clothes?
No. Aerion fits adult sizes Small to XXXL only. Children's clothing is too small to fit the garment balloon correctly, and a proper fit is what lets the warm air do its smoothing.
Can Aerion handle dresses?
Yes, selected dresses with the Dress Attachment. The dress needs to fit the garment balloon, so very flowy, oversized, or unusually shaped pieces may not sit properly.
Can it do gowns or flowy pieces?
No. Aerion works by filling a garment with warm air, so the piece has to fit the balloon to be smoothed. Flowy gowns, flared pants, and oversized or unusually shaped garments are outside what Aerion is designed for.
What about delicate fabrics?
Check the garment's care label and choose the matching temperature setting; the control panel lets you run gentler cycles. Results vary by fabric type and condition.
What does the Shoes Attachment do?
It dries shoes from the inside with warm air. Built for rainy-day commutes and freshly washed pairs.
Payment
How can I pay?
Cash on Delivery nationwide via J&T Express, GCash, bank transfer, or credit and debit card. All prices are in Philippine pesos and VAT-inclusive.
Is Cash on Delivery really available anywhere in the country?
Yes, nationwide through J&T Express. You only pay when the package reaches you.
Delivery, Pickup, and the Home Demo
How much is delivery?
Free, anywhere in the Philippines.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then runs about 2 to 4 business days in Metro Manila, 3 to 7 for the rest of Luzon, and 5 to 10 for Visayas and Mindanao. These are estimates; weather and sale seasons can add time. You'll get a J&T tracking number the moment your order ships.
Can I get it same-day?
In Metro Manila, we can arrange same-day or next-day Lalamove delivery at no added cost. Just message us after checkout; subject to rider availability.
Can I pick it up instead?
Yes, at our Valenzuela warehouse, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID, and we'll run a demo with you before you take your unit home.
Can I see it work before buying?
Yes. In our demo coverage area, our in-house rider brings an Aerion to your address and runs a live cycle while you watch. The demo fee is ₱500, waived in full when you purchase during the demo. Coverage: Quezon City, Manila, Makati, Taguig, Pasay, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Marikina, Pateros, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela, plus Meycauayan and Marilao in Bulacan. Warranty, Returns, and Support
What does the warranty cover?
Every Aerion comes with a 1-Year Service Warranty from your delivery or pickup date. Assessment, service, and repair labor for manufacturing defects in the heating element, blower motor, and electronics are covered for the full year. If a replacement part is needed, you cover the part and we handle installation at no charge. Your receipt is your warranty card, and coverage follows the unit's serial number, even if the unit is handed down to family.
Are attachments covered by the warranty?
Attachments and accessories aren't under the 1-year warranty, but they're protected by the 7-day damaged, defective, or wrong-item window.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost: replacement, repair, or a full refund including shipping. An unboxing video isn't required, but it speeds up courier claims.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the unit is unused and complete in its original packaging. Change-of-mind refunds are 80% of what you paid, with return shipping covered by you. If you're unsure, book the home demo first; it exists exactly for this.
